13. Free Trial & No Refunds for Paid Scans

Users can test the service with our free plan before purchasing.

Since Verify My Link is a digital service, refunds will not be issued for completed scans.

14. Refund Eligibility

Duplicate Payments: If a customer is mistakenly charged twice, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge.

Service Failure: If the system fails to complete the scan due to technical issues on our end (excluding user errors such as incorrect URL input), we will provide another free scan, depending on the extent of the failure.

Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime, but refunds will not be given for the current billing cycle.

15. No Refunds for User Errors

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The user enters an incorrect URL.
• The user does not understand how to use the service before purchasing.
• The scan completes successfully, but the user is unhappy with the results.
